The La Grande Polo Club Proudly Presents...

Information for Players

· Deadline for Entry is August 6, 2011.  To enter please call 541.786.1613 or email lgpolo@hotmail.com prior to this date.  No late entries will be accepted.

· Stalls and hay are available.  Be sure to state your needs at the time of registration.  Cost of stalls is a EOU Foundation donation.

· Fees are $150 for non club members.  Payment can be paid upon arrival or mailed in advance to 1601 Oak Street, La Grande, Oregon 97850.

· Your dogs are welcome but please keep them leashed.

· Please use the Pierce Road entrance.  You will not be permitted to enter at the highway.

· Trailers will be permitted to park only in the NW section of the field for safety purposes.

· This is a charitable family event therefore umpires will be blowing the whistle on language.  Rules an sportsmanship will be strongly enforced. 

· You will receive your player packet upon arrival.

· Friday night will be a meet and greet at the field from 5-7 PM for players as they arrive.

· Matt Scarfo from Bench warmers will be having a beer garden and burgers available on Saturday. 

· Above all, lets have a great time!
